Mark your calendar for the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. for KCDS’ Discussion Group, Bit of Wisdom.

The group is open to current members, past members, and anyone interested in the equestrian journey of dressage – competitive or not – in any discipline.

Discussion will focus on a featured article (or occasional video) on topics such as fitness, theory and technique, horse biomechanics, confidence and sport psychology, competition and rules and horse and rider biographies. You’ll find each month’s assignment in the KCDS monthly email, on KCDS’ Facebook Group, and here on the Bit of Wisdom page.

Articles and videos take less than 20 minutes of prep time. If you want to listen on the way to the barn, download Pocket https://getpocket.com/home ,a freebie you’ll find in the app store. You can then upload the article, and Pocket will read it to you.
